Arrest made after suspect tries to sell stolen tailgate back to owner

In Houston, Texas, law enforcement officials have arrested a man who tried to sell a stolen tailgate back to its rightful owner.

The diligent work of Deputy Lopez from Constable Mark Herman’s office resulted in the recovery and return of the stolen tailgate to its original owner.

The suspect now faces charges of theft, and it has been revealed that he was already out on bond for a similar offense, as reported by the Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
