Federal court convicts club owner after testimony from 45 witnesses

After careful consideration for almost a week, a jury has reached a verdict in federal court, finding Peter Gerace, the owner of Gentlemen’s Club, guilty on 8 out of 9 counts.

Peter Gerace, the owner of Gentlemen’s Club, has been found guilty of 8 out of 9 counts in federal court. The charges include drug trafficking, sex trafficking, witness tampering, and bribery.

Over a span of seven weeks, the trial showcased testimony from 45 witnesses. All the witnesses were summoned by the government, which presented a robust collection of over 100 pieces of evidence to support its case.

The defense attorney, Mark Foti, criticized the government for constructing its case by selectively choosing witnesses who aimed to tarnish the defendant’s reputation. According to Foti, these witnesses had ulterior motives, either seeking compensation from the government or hoping to secure leniency for their own criminal charges.

Pharaoh’s experienced two police raids, one in 2009 and another in 2019, along with several unsuccessful undercover drug buy attempts in between.
