Polo Woman Injured in Two-Vehicle Collision in Clay County
A two-vehicle collision in Clay County on Tuesday left a 24-year-old woman from Polo with minor injuries, according to State Troopers.
The crash occurred on US 69 near Rhodus Road when a 57-year-old man from Kansas City reportedly failed to yield and struck the woman’s southbound vehicle. The impact caused her car to overturn.
Emergency responders transported the woman to Liberty Hospital, where she was treated for minor injuries. The other driver was not injured in the incident.
Authorities have not released further details as the investigation continues.
