Majority of U.S. Voters Perceive Ukraine-Russia Conflict as Stalemate for the First Time, Survey Reveals

A recent December 2023 survey by Rasmussen Reports uncovers a significant shift in U.S. voter perspectives concerning the Ukraine-Russia conflict. Approximately 52% of American voters now view the conflict as a stalemate, marking a substantial 45% increase from May 2023 and the first time respondents have identified the ongoing war in this light since its inception in February 2022.

Only 14% of potential American voters believe Russia is winning against Ukraine, showcasing a 17% decrease from the previous survey.
