According to the report of Washington Times, Federal prosecutors have uncovered a big lie by Aventura Technologies Inc. a tech company from New York. For thirteen years from 2006 to 2019 Aventura tricked the U.S. government and its customers. They pretended that their security equipment was made in the USA when it was actually from China. Led by CEO Jack Cabasso they made more than $112 million from this scam fooling government agencies including parts of the military.

A key part of their trickery was pretending to be a women-owned business to get special government contracts. Frances Cabasso Jack wife was put forward as the head but she did really run things.
