A 21-year-old Massachusetts man was arrested in Florida for shooting another man from behind in September.
21-Year-Old Man Shots Another Man From Behind
Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan and Waltham Chief of Police Kevin O’Connell said that the 21-year-old man identified as Josh Pierre in connection to the murder of Shelson Jules on Sept. 22. The officials added that he will be charged with murder and possession of a firearm.
In a published article in MASSLIVE, Pierre and a few others went to Lyman Street in Waltham to meet Jules around 1:30 on May 22. Officials told the news outlet that the two had an argument before Pierre fired several shots fatally hitting Jules from behind.

Suspect Was Arrested in Florida
According to a published article in BOSTON, Pierre, the shooter, took several steps to escape and avoid arrest. However, police authorities arrested him in Florida on September 22. He is scheduled to be arraigned on Oct. 6 in Waltham District Court.
Meanwhile, Strawensky Cebeat, 21 years old, was previously arrested as the accessory of the crime. It was found during the proceedings that he withheld evidence. He was arraigned in Waltham District Court in July and held in lieu of posting $50,000 cash bail.
