Information about what transpired and Green’s response

After inadvertently striking Jusuf Nurkic in the face during the Suns game, Draymond Green was sent off. He clarified that Nurkic was ejected after his arm struck him as he spun around in an attempt to draw a foul.

Green expressed regret for the incident and assured reporters that he had no intention of harming Nurkic. He apologized to Nurkic as well, adding that he wasn’t very good at spinning punches.

Before he can resume playing, reports indicate that Green may require counseling or other interventions. What happens next will be determined by talks between Green, his agent Rich Paul, and Warriors general manager Mike Dunleavy Jr.

The incident’s aftermath and Nurkic’s reaction

After a brawl with Rudy Gobert earlier this season, Green received a five-game suspension, which presents another challenge. He has been dismissed from eighteen regular-season games throughout his career for various reasons.

The player that Green had hit, Nurkic, was perplexed and concerned about what had happened. He believed that Green’s actions had nothing to do with basketball and suggested that he seek assistance. Nurkic emphasized that the incident was not appropriate for the game.
