This comes after six months of nothing happening since the council said Cantrell couldn’t use the apartment anymore. Despite the council instructing Cantrell to return the keys by Monday she failed to comply. This non-compliance has prompted the council to consider taking legal action as their patience wears thin and they urge Cantrell to address the situation promptly.
