The death of Dale Mooney during a Patriots Dolphins game in Massachusetts is being investigated by the State Police and the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office. Reports say Mooney was inside the Gillette Stadium when he showed signs of a “medical event”.

According to Madani, the male individual was immediately transported by emergency medical technicians (EMTs) to Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro but was later unfortunately declared dead. After that, the male individual who died following the Patriots Dolphins game was identified by the District Attorney’s Office of Norfolk County as Dale Mooney of Newmarket, New Hampshire.

Investigation of Death During Patriots Dolphins Game
An article in WHDH states that to date, the death of Mooney following the Patriots Dolphins game is being investigated by the Massachusetts State Police and the Norfolk District Attorney’s Office. Mooney’s wife, Lisa, stated that while her husband had no known heart condition, the victim’s father did have heart problems.
Further reports say witnesses claimed that prior to Mooney’s death during the Patriots Dolphins game, there had been a fight in the victim’s section in the 300th level where medics rushed in an attempt to save him.
As of September 18, Norfolk County police detectives are speaking to witnesses and reviewing the video after being questioned about whether the fight during the Patriots Dolphins game had led to Mooney’s death. In addition, an autopsy is also expected to be scheduled at a later date.
