Kevin Najera Jimenez was sentenced to 45 years in prison for sexually abusing his former stepdaughter in Massachusetts. Reports say the child rape suspect abused the victim almost every day from 2012 to 2018.
On August 23, Kevin Najera Jimenez, 34, of Attleboro, Massachusetts was sentenced by a judge to up to 45 years in state prison after being convicted of sexually abusing a young girl and recording the abuse for six years. Reportedly, the child rape suspect was convicted by a Fall River Superior Court jury on several charges.An article in Fox News states that the conviction of the child rape suspect came after a trial that lasted for 2 weeks and jury deliberations that ended after 2 1/2 hours. Bristol District Attorney Thomas Quinn III stated that the charges filed against the child rape suspect included indecent assault and battery and forcible child rape. In addition, the child rape suspect will also be deported to Guatemala after completing his sentence.

Child Rape Suspect’s Victim Testified
According to Paiva, the child rape suspect’s victim testified how she was put through sexual abuse almost every day from 2012 to 2018. The victim was reportedly the former stepdaughter of the child rape suspect who was her caretaker while her mother was at work. Furthermore, the victim claimed that the child rape suspect also isolated her from her siblings and friends and mocked her that no one would believe if she reported the abuse.
