According to court records, Houston Texans Minority Owner Javier Loya is currently facing multiple charges related to sexual assault in Jefferson County, Kentucky.
According to U.S. News, the charges include one count of first-degree rape, five counts of first-degree sexual abuse, and one count of third-degree sexual abuse.
The 53-year-old Houston Texans Minority Owner Javier Loya was indicted in May and subsequently entered a plea of not guilty. To secure his release, he posted a $50,000 bond.
