Boca Bridges Homeowner Sues Tenant

The upscale property, boasting a spacious 4100-square-foot house with five bedrooms and five bathrooms, located at 9040 Chauvet Way had entered into a lease contract back in March.

However, the tenant Francis M. Cobbinah, who had paid a substantial security deposit of $70,500 reportedly failed to meet the rental payment obligations to the Boca Bridges homeowner resulting in a staggering total sum of $216,000 owed, a published news article reported.

Obtained documents from BocaNewsNow.com reveal that the lease was established between “Luxury Boca Bridges, LLC” and Francis M. Cobbinah.

The management of Luxury Boca Bridges, LLC, is held by Yehuda Rosenberg and Chaya Borger, both residing on Coral Ridge Drive in Coral Springs.

The legal action alleges that Cobbinah reneged on the deal, putting the Boca Bridges homeowner in a difficult position. As of now, it remains uncertain whether Cobbinah and the three young children listed on the lease continue to occupy the property.

Boca Bridges Homeowner Seeks Damages

According to the lawsuit filed in the Palm Beach County Circuit Court, the Boca Bridges homeowner is seeking damages in excess of $30,000. This monetary figure is the standard language used in such filings within the county.

Public records indicate the property was purchased for a substantial sum of $2 million in January 2022, and the annual taxes for the year 2022 were recorded at $17,287.

Curiously, there appears to be no “original” address listed for Francis Cobbinah in the lease document. Additionally, a peculiar observation is made regarding the tenant’s first name, which is spelled both as Francis and Frances within the complaint.

“Luxury Boca Bridges, LLC” is being represented by Glenn L. Widom, Esq., a legal professional based in North Miami. Mr. Widom will be advocating for the Boca Bridges homeowner’s rights and seeking compensation for the breach of contract.
