A violent home invasion robbery occurred in Queens, New York, leaving victims tied up and tased by two thieves who posed as FBI agents, Yahoo News reported.

The incident took place on Sunday morning around 7:30 a.m. in a building near Main Street and Elder Avenue, close to Kissena Park.

According to the police, the victims, a 25-year-old man, and a 31-year-old woman, were returning to their home when they were approached by two men driving a black Porsche Cayenne. These impostors claimed to be FBI agents and brandished guns in their waistbands, intimidating the unsuspecting victims.

The thieves proceeded to tase the victims and tied them up before looting their residence. Among the stolen items were the victims’ 2019 Mercedes-Benz GT50, approximately $20,000 in cash, and an additional $20,000 worth of cryptocurrency. The attackers also took valuable possessions like a Rolex watch, designer handbags, and a cell phone.

After the home invasion robbery, the suspects fled in both the Porsche and the stolen Mercedes-Benz, leaving the victims tied and shocked but fortunately without any physical injuries.

Police’s Response to Home Invasion Robbery

In response to the incident, ABC 7 reported that the police have released surveillance videos and photos of the wanted men, seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the suspects.
