New York authorities claimed that the family of Long Island Serial Killer suspect Rex Heuermann was out of state at the time of the three murders he is accused of.
The People reported that on Friday during the press conference authorities said that Rex Heuermann who was accused and charged with three counts of first-degree murder and three counts of second-degree murder in connection with the deaths of Amber Costello, Melissa Barthelemy, and Megan Waterman, was connected to the killings of a cellular data from Rex Heuermann burner phones, his car, and hairs reportedly located at the crime scene.
Rodney Harrison, the Suffolk County Police Commission stated that Rex Heuermann is a living demon that walks among us and a predator that ruined families.
According to Suffolk County District Attorney Ray Tierney, investigators focused on Rex Heuermann after a witness who knew Costello connected a Chevrolet Avalanche owned by Heuermann to the case.

Rex Heuermann Uses Burner Phones In Communicating His Suspects
Authorities have found out that Rex Heuermann communicated with his victims using burner phones and would dispose of the phones right after he was successful in saying his victims.
Authorities also said that they discovered that Rrex Heuermann allegedly keeps his close attention to the case and searched on the Internet about how the investigation was going.
Rrex Heuermann is compulsively searching for information about the victims and their relatives. “Their sisters, their children and he was trying to locate the individuals,” Tierney said.
Authorities also saw images of women being beaten and raped on his devices.
