Second Suspect of Kansas Nightclub Shooting Arrested; Third Still At Large

A second suspect was arrested in connection with the Kansas nightclub shooting last July 2. However, aside from the two suspects in custody, the authorities are still searching for a third suspect believed to be involved in the incident as well.

In the early morning of July 2, authorities responded to reports of a Kansas nightclub shooting at City Nightz in downtown Wichita. Following the Kansas nightclub shooting, nine individuals were injured with gunshot wounds and two others were trampled by the crowd. Fortunately, no one had sustained any fatal injury.

An article in Fox News states that among the gunshot victims of the Kansas nightclub shooting, seven were men and two were men whose ages ranged from 22 to 34. On the other hand, the individuals who were trampled by the crowd were a 31-year-old man and a 30-year-old woman.

Second Suspect of Kansas Nightclub Shooting

According to an article in WSIL-TV, a 27-year-old man was initially arrested on allegations of possession of a firearm by a felon and aggravated battery. On July 10, Wichita Police Department announced that last July 7, a 19-year-old man was also arrested in connection with the Kansas nightclub shooting.

However, it remains unclear whether either suspect faced charges and their identities have not been released yet as well. To date, authorities are still searching for another suspect, a 23-year-old man who they believe is involved in the Kansas nightclub shooting incident.
