Recently, Director of the CIA William Burns said in a statement that the effects of the rebellion of Wagner Group mercenaries are a vivid reminder of the Putin regime’s corrosive effect.
Director William Burns delivered his remarks about the rebellion of Wagner Group mercenaries at the Ditchley Foundation in Oxfordshire, England. He also revealed that the CIA was undergoing recruitment of human sources in Russia caused by disaffection with the war in Ukraine. A Telegram video was uploaded instructing Russians to contact the agency.
The U.S. government is making sure that they will give Putin no excuse to blame the U.S. allies for the rebellion of Wagner Group mercenaries, as President Biden announced.
President Joe Biden recently announced that the U.S. government is making sure that President Putin will have no excuse not to blame the U.S. allies and the West. The U.S. Ambassador to Russia also reassured the statement of the President last week as Lynne Tracy spoke during the Russian Foreign Ministry event.

Rebellion Of Wagner Group
The United States made it clear that they are not part of the rebellion of Wagner Group mercenaries. Initially, the Biden administration had already announced their claim. The director also personally delivered a message to the head of foreign intelligence of Russia to assure that the U.S. government doesn’t have to do anything with the rebellion of Wagner Group mercenaries.
Before the rebellion of Wagner Group Mercenaries, Director Burns had traveled to Ukraine for a regular visit since the war commenced.
U.S. intelligence said that they have been tracking the growing tension between the Russian military and Prigozhins Wagner Group and briefed the congressional stakeholders and the administration on its potential effects.
