You can file the request here. Then, upload it through the One DHS portal. You must request within 10 days of the outage.
- Oklahoma
SNAP replacement benefits are also available in Oklahoma. Residents have the opportunity to obtain extra benefits to replace food lost due to severe storms. Residents can file SNAP replacement benefits at Destroyed Food Replacement request online or call 1-405-522-5050 to ask for the form if they are experiencing no power.
You have only 10 days to complete the request although the state of Oklahoma is working with federal officials to request a deadline in the most recent instance.
- Texas
Gov. Greg Abbott’s office has claimed that in 12 Texas counties, families can apply for SNAP replacement benefits for food lost or destroyed during the severe storms this June.
