According to an article in the Washington Examiner, in the state of Alaska, around 12% of the population or 92,100 individuals receive the SNAP Benefits 2023. Reportedly, the maximum payment per month is based on the location where the individual lives.

In the “Urban” region, the maximum amount of SNAP Benefits 2023 for a household with one member is $230, while a household with four will receive $767. On the other hand, a household with eight members will receive $1,382. Any additional member will receive another $173 per individual.

In the “Rural I” region, the maximum amount of SNAP Benefits 2023 for a household with one member is $293, while a household with four will receive $979. On the other hand, a household with eight members will receive $1,762. Any additional member will receive another $220 per individual.
