The Justice Department filing indicates that Hunter Biden’s plea will acknowledge drug use as a contributing factor to his gun crime. As part of the pretrial diversion agreement, he will need to remain drug-free and avoid committing further crimes for two years. Successful compliance would lead to the dismissal of the gun charge.
