Alfred Megbuluba was sentenced by a Georgia judge to 15 years in prison after pushing Catherine Khan out of a moving luxury Lamborghini vehicle which leads to her death in October 2021 in Atlanta.

Alfred Megbuluba Accused Of Pushing A Woman Out Of Moving Car And Gets 15 Years In Prison
Investigators charged Megbuluba with felony murder, theft by taking, financial transaction card fraud, and financial transaction card theft.
Ap News reported that on Wednesday, the defense attorney Steve Sadow for Alfred Megbuluba of Lilburn claimed that his client accepted a plea deal on a charge of voluntary manslaughter in the death of 28-year-old Catherine Khan, of Snellville.
Megbuluba was sentenced June 15 to 15 years with 10 years to serve in prison, Sadow said.

The Incident Of The Crime
The 28 years old Catherine Khan died from serious injuries that she suffered when Megbuluba was driving a Lamborghini in October 2021 and got into a fight with Khan.
Fox5 Atlanta reported that Megbuluba allergy pushed Khan from her Lamborghini at the intersection of Peachtree Street and Piedmont Road in Buckhead on that night.
witnesses from the incident called 911 that night and witnesses claimed that Alfred Megbuluba was driving the vehicle while arguing with Khan when suddenly Khan was either pushed or fell out of the car.
Paramedics rushed Kahn to Grady Memorial Hospital where doctors were unable to revive her life.
Megbuluba escaped the scene but he surrendered to the police the next day.
