A man walked into Wichita’s Ascension Via Christi St. Francis Hospital and three female patients were reportedly raped by an intruder overnight before being caught and arrested, Wichita police said Friday.
Wichita Police Arrested A Man Who Raped 3 Victims In A Hospital
Thursday, Officer Juan Rebolledo said that around 2 AM, Miguel Rodela a 28-year-old was caught and arrested by Wichita police officers after he walk into the Kansas medical facility where was fighting with security guards at the hospital, according to a report by The Wichita Eagle.
Rodela was not an employee nor a patient at the hospital during the time of the incident when he sexually assaulted three female patients and his arrest, Rebolledo said.

The Wichita Man Suspect Was Jiled At The Sedgwick County
The Wichita police spokesperson refused to release other details, including the ages of the victims and their medical conditions, to protect victim privacy.
Sedgwick County Jail records indicated that Rodela was facing three counts of rape of a physically powerless victim. He was held without bond Friday morning.
Juan Rebolledo was being booked at the Sedgwick County Jail Thursday afternoon.
The Kansas Department of Corrections also claimed that Rodela is currently in Community Corrections for convictions of aggravated assault and theft in 2019.
