Canadian police have issued warrants to Nathan Chasing Horse and also facing nine charges including sexual exploitation, sexual assault, and removing a child from Canada under the age of 16.

“Dances With Wolves” Actor Is Facing Multiple Charges

On Wednesday, a grand jury indicted Nathan Chasing Horse 46 years old, and charged him with 19 counts of felony including sexual assault of a juvenile, child abuse, kidnapping, drug trafficking, and open and gross lewdness.

Newsday reported that Horse’s arrest in January in southern Nevada by SWAT officers near the North Las Vegas home that he shared with his five wives since then he was detained in Las Vegas jail and held on $300,000 bail.

Tuesday, Tsuut’ina Nation Police Service that the investigation has spanned several years with one of the alleged offenses occurring in 2005.

Moreover, the Court document stated that the actor was the leader of a cult known as “The Circle” whose followers believed he had healing powers and could communicate with higher beings.

Documents allege that Nathan Chasing Horse is using his position to gain the trust of Indigenous girls and women, physically and sexually assaulting them and taking underage wives.

At a court hearing earlier this month, a Clark County prosecutor arguing for $2 million bail revealed that Chasing Horse was allegedly grooming young girls in substitute with his older spouses at the time of his arrest.

The Nevada prosecution was suspended as Nathan Chasing Horse appealed to the state’s Supreme Court to dismiss his criminal case. His attorneys have argued that those who accuse Horse really wanted to have sex with him.

Nathan Chasing Horse Has Criminal Charges In Different Places

Chasing Horse is also facing criminal charges in British Columbia and Montana. Alexandra Kazarian an attorney from California, who has been retained by Horse on prior charges, did not instantly return a message seeking comment.

 U.S. arrest report claimed by a British Columbia woman stated that Chasing Horse to the RCMP, who reached Las Vegas police, starting the investigation that led to his incarceration.

When Nathan Chasing Horse performed ceremonies in Canada, the woman alleged she was 13 years old when she met Horse and claims that he began to have sexual intercourse with her when she was still 17.
