Actor Tenoch Huerta Denies Allegations

Huerta took to his Instagram stories to address the accusations, stating that they are “false and completely unsubstantiated.” He emphasized that the allegations have spread rapidly and cannot go unchallenged any longer.

According to Huerta, he dated Ríos for several months, and their relationship was consensual and mutually supportive.

However, after their breakup, Ríos began misrepresenting their interactions to mutual friends, leading Huerta to seek legal assistance to protect his reputation and refute the “irresponsible and false accusations” that could cause significant harm.

Ríos, a saxophonist and feminist activist who survived an acid attack in 2019, accused Huerta of being a “sexual predator” on Twitter.

She expressed difficulty in discussing the emotional abuse and abuse of power she allegedly experienced, fearing that people would not believe her due to Huerta’s popularity and public image.

Despite the threatening messages and vitriol Ríos received after making the allegations, she asserted her determination to speak up and revealed her fear that people would refuse to believe the accusations against Huerta due to his status as a “SUPER HERO.”
