A Pennsylvania bus driver who has restrained a 10-year-old student with duct tape will be facing serious charges, Fox News reported.
Pennsylvania Bus Driver Restrained A 10-Year-Old Student
The incident happened last March while a 10-year-old student is on his way home and was allegedly restrained by a Pennsylvania bus driver using duct tape.
Pennsylvania bus driver Juliet Pratt, a 54-year-old has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child and assault, false imprisonment, and unlawful restraint.
District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer of Delaware County announced all these charges in a press release last Tuesday.
The District Attorney said that bus drivers are meant to be trusted by the public and entrusted with enormous responsibility and using duct tape on a child was dangerous and inexcusable.
The District Attorney added that the boy would not have been able to free himself.

Pennsylvania Bus Driver Assaulted The Child
The incident happened at Drexel Hill in Hillcrest Elementary School. Officers responded to reports that a Pennsylvania bus driver assaulted a 10-year-old.
Police reviewed video surveillance and showed Pratt allegedly used duct tape in restraining the student and wrap it around his ankles and chest. When the bus arrived at the school, the Pennsylvania bus driver used a seat belt cutter to remove the tape.
