Suzanne Morphew Went Missing In 2020 During Mother’s Day

Suzanne Morphew went missing on  Mother’s Day on May 10, 2020,  after going for a bike ride in Maysville, Colo where she lived with her husband and 2 daughters. During the search her bike and helmet were recovered during searches but her body remains missing.

ABC News reported that Suzanne Morphew’s husband Barry Morphew, 55 years old was accused of murdering his wife, Barry said that police botched the case and are trying to blame it all on him. Barry was previously charged with first-degree murder, tampering with physical evidence, and attempting to influence a public servant in connection with the death of his wife Suzanne Morphew.

On April 2022 Barry Morphew pleaded not guilty and a judge dismissed the case against Barry Morphew of murdering his wife “without prejudice,” meaning they could file charges against Morphew at a later date.

Husband of Missing Mom Suzanne Morphew On Mother’s Day Speaks Out After Filing Lawsuit

After all the years had passed Barry Morphew is speaking out for the first time after filing a multi-million-dollar federal civil rights lawsuit following the dismissal of a murder charge against him.

Barry Morphew said that it’s very hurtful for him to lose his reputation and integrity, in an exclusive interview with ABC News aired on Good Morning America Monday.

Barry claimed that he did nothing wrong to his wife because the used to have a wonderful life and a wonderful marriage. He also said that Suzanne Morphew is such a good mother who is loving and giving.

Barry Morphew said that due to the false accusations his life was ruined. Hence, he filed the $15 million lawsuit earlier this month against prosecutors, the sheriff, and investigators.

Macy and Mallory the couple’s daughters have been on their father’s back supporting his claims of innocence.

Macy said that she never had a shred of doubt about his father in the interview, with Morphew, according to ABC. Mallory also said that she also claimed his father is innocent.
