According to  Gun Violence Archive that the United States had suffered at least 202 mass shootings so far this year and it was claimed that compared to previous years in 2023 there have been more mass shootings.

The New York Times reported that some incidents occurred in public places, bringing terror to the spaces Americans pass through every day, while others happen behind the closed doors of a home. There are also instances that some are motivated by personal grievances, while others are terrifyingly random. Some arrest widespread attention, while others are barely seen outside the local area.

Here Are The List Of The Most Notable U.S. Mass Shootings in 2023

• Henrietta, Oklahoma

A murder-suicide incident accused in Oklahoma when a sexual predator fatally shot his wife, three of their children, and two of their friends in the head on April 30 before he shoot himself.

The suspect brought his victim’s bodies which were found in a heavily wooded area on a rural Oklahoma property.

• Cleveland, Texas

Man killed his neighbors, including a 9-year-old boy, on April 28 after they asked him to stop firing rounds in his yard because a baby was trying to sleep. So he shoots his five neighbors which leads him to be arrested after a multi-day manhunt.

• Dadevile, Alabama

Sweet 16 party in Dadeville on April 15 turns into a blood bath after four people were shot to death and 32 others were wounded by two teenagers and a 20-year-old man.

The three suspects were arrested by the police and face murder charges.

• Raleigh, North Carolina

A 15-year-old boy shot and killed five people and wounded two others in Raleigh on October 13, authorities said.

The suspect evaded officers for hours before he was cornered in a home and arrested.
