According to Willey, in January, Abalos was no longer an employee at Select Physical Therapy. In addition, he was also arrested at his fiancée’s house by the deputies of Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office.
On May 10, a lawsuit was filed against Abalos that also mentioned Select Physical Therapy as to blame for being negligent. Blizzard argues that the company must also be held accountable because they are required to train and supervise employees appropriately.
