Alexa Bartell was driving her car when the three 18-year-old teens threw a big landscaping rock into her car and caused her early death. The three teens were arrested and face charges of first-degree murder.
Alexa Bartell’s Cause Of Death
On April 19 in the street of Indiana, Alexa Bartell was driving, when 3 men spotted her throwing a big rock at her car. Due to the heavy and strong impact of the stone, Bartell died.
According to the Police, that particular rock killed Bartell and not any vehicular accident. She was reportedly talking on the phone with her friend when the incident happened. Her friend immediately track her when the phone went silent. She found Bartell lifeless inside the car on Indiana Street.
The Jefferson County Sheriffs said that there are five incidents of throwing landscaping large stones at the cars and Alexa’s car was the last. The three suspects began to throw at 10 pm on the evening of April 19.
Three Suspects Are Being Arrested After The Death Of Alexa Bartell
NBC News states that the suspects are all high school seniors at Jefferson County Public Schools. They are Joseph Koenig, Nicholas Koral-Chik, and Zachary Kwaw.
The three suspects are reportedly driving a black 2016 Chevy Silverado on April 19 but officers cannot determine who throw the rock at the victim. The suspects are being arrested and face first-degree murder. NBC News said that there are possible charges that will be added to the suspects.
