Thomas Mosley, 21, is accused of murdering his 20-year-old ex-girlfriend Pashun Jeffrey and their 2-year-old son, Taylen Mosley. His body was found in an alligator’s mouth and Pashun was stabbed to death in her apartment.
Court Proceedings
According to the report of Fox News, Thomas Mosley was seen arriving at his mother’s house with lacerations to his arms shortly after 9 p.m. on March 29, the last day Pashun Jeffrey and her son Taylen Mosley were seen alive. By 8:42 p.m., Jeffrey’s phone departed her apartment. They made their way to Lake Maggiore, where Taylen’s corpse was eventually discovered.
Judge Patrice Moore read out the allegations against Mosley, including evidence that links him to Jeffrey’s murder. Mosley’s fingerprint and shoe print was found on the bathroom floor where Jeffrey’s body was found. Mosley did not enter an official plea, and Judge Moore assumed he was under the influence of medicine.
Mosley is being charged with two counts of first-degree murder and will be held without bond. Jeffrey’s mother found her with over 100 stab wounds, and the medical examiner will determine her cause of death. The pair had only moved into the apartment complex a month before the murder based on WSTP.
Evidence against the Suspect
Jeffrey’s device left her apartment and headed to Lake Maggiore, where Taylen’s body was found. Mosley arrived with lacerations to his arms and checked himself into St. Anthony’s, wearing a pair of Gucci slides.
According to Kfor News, Mosley will be held without bond at the Pinellas County Jail after he is released from the hospital, and the medical examiner will determine the cause of Taylen’s death.
