An article on MARCA states that on January 17, the estimated quarterly tax payments for October 1 to December 31, 2022 are due. On the other hand, on January 31, the 1099-NEC for non-employees must be filed with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). W-2 forms must also be sent to employees for the 2022 tax year.
Corporate Tax 2023 Deadline for March Business
On March 1, fishermen and farmers who have not paid for all estimated tax payments must pay any tax liability and file an income tax return on deadline to avoid penalties. On the other hand, on March 15, tax returns of S corporations and partnerships for calendar-year businesses are due. Deadline of filing for an extension is also on this date.

On April 18, the tax returns on Schedule C of sole proprietors and single-member LLCs and their Form 1040 (personal income tax return) are due. The estimated quarterly tax payments for January 1 to March 31 are also due on this day. In addition, the retirement contribution and report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR, Form 8938) are also due.

Corporate Tax 2023 Deadline for June Business
According to an article on Block Advisor, on June 15, the estimated quarterly tax payments for April 1 to June 30 are due.
Corporate Tax 2023 Deadline for September Business
On September 15, the estimated quarterly tax payments for July 1 to September 30 are due.
Corporate Tax 2023 Deadline for October Business
On October 16, the extension for tax filing is due. This date is also the deadline for sole proprietors and single-member LLCs.
