How to Receive Colorado Tax Rebate 2023
An article on the CBS News states that to be eligible for the Colorado Tax Rebate 2023, an applicant must have resided in Colorado for the whole of 2022. They must have also paid property tax, rent, or heating bills in 2022. However, they must not have been claimed as a dependent on another taxpayer’s income tax return.
Furthermore, an applicant may either be 65 or older by December 31, 2022, have a surviving spouse who is 58 or older, or have a disability. Lastly, the applicant must not earn a total income of $16,925 for individual filers and $22,858 for joint filers.
