The Apple Watch will soon make users unlock their iPhone with less hassle while wearing a mask. The new Apple version will also bring AirPlay 2 support and fitness plus training service. For its next round of software updates, the company has not disclosed any fixed date of release. But the WatchOS 7.4 public beta gives us an idea of all the new features users can expect in the Apple Watch in the coming weeks.

With the latest WatchOS 7.4 update, users can opt for a feature in iPhone that will allow using Apple Watch to authenticate Face ID when users face is covered. To activate the feature, both have to have the latest software running and password protected. Toggle the function on the iPhone below the Face ID and password in setting users must make that on their wrist the Apple Watch must be unlocked. On the 1st try, users may have to type the password, but they can swipe to unlock iPhone with Face ID after this. The watch will give a haptic response and alarm to let you know that iPhone has been opened.

Fitness Plus offers two types of exercise recommendations: what users like or something new to balance the routine. If someone has Apple Watch and wants to test this service, now there are more to exercise. With AirPlay 2, users can now stream the Apple Watch training service on any device or TV. At the time of launch, it was only available for viewing.
In the Fitness Plus app, the users need to select a workout on iPad or iPhone. In the lower right corner of the screen, press the broadcast icon or select mirror screen to send content to a device in the quick settings section. Apple Watch will have many same features found in iOS 14.5, including the option to change your default music and the 217 new emoji. Apple also released updates for TVOS and iPadOS.
