Enraged Gwinnet County Man Slays Ex’s Divorce Attorney, Burn Office Down, Police Said

Tragedy in Lawrenceville, Georgia; as enraged Gwinnett County man gets even with ex’s divorce attorney by killing him and razing the law office.

A fire sent Lawrenceville officials to an address on Stone Mountain Street at 5:30 a.m. last Wednesday. When the fire was put out; they saw the corpse of attorney Douglas Lewis inside the burned office, reported WSBTV.

The suspect was identified as Allen Tayeh, 65, who was close to the scene and trying to escape; he had burn injuries. Later the cops got a warrant for charges of murder and arson.

According to Channel 2′s Matt Johnson show; they got court documents showing the dead lawyer did the divorce of Tayeh’s ex-wife, mentioned Yahoo.

Details revealed by police noted that from 5 to 5:30 p.m., at that time when the accused poured gasoline to burn the office.

Authorities discovered a pistol on the suspect but despite that; how the lawyer died was unknown after the body was burned. The suspect’s pants had charred parts with burned hair too.

Looking into the death of Douglas Lewis

Johnson went to Lawrenceville last Thursday and spoke to the lawyer’s acquaintance; which verified the terrible outcome for Lewis. His pal, Kip Shephard told Lewis was a nice guy and a devoted husband.

He added that the deceased was personable and cordial. Kip mention this was a lawyer’s worst fear.

Shephard expressed that what happened to the deceased happened and it was the worst outcome.

Soon after the police went on and had not issued a motive yet; but one bit of information cropped up. On Wednesday, the next morning when the lawyer will attend to the divorce case.

The accused Tayeh is in a Gwinnett County Jail but has no bond. It seems the enraged Gwinnet County got his revenge ex’s Divorce Attorney bearing a grudge.
