What is X-37B?

The US Air Force’s covert X-37B spacecraft was launched Monday night. It was scheduled for NASA’s Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 8:14 p.m. ET. Most of the X-37B’s cargo is top-secret, as is customary for its seventh trip.
Experts speculate that the X-37B, which resembles a space spy, may be sent on a mission to test new space technology or to monitor Chinese activities in orbit.
