This law will help families with children who are 16 or younger. The families will get more money if they have children who are under 5 years old. They will get less money if they have children who are between 6 and 16 years old. The law will also change based on things like how much money families make and how the economy is doing.
What You Need to Know About the Family Affordability Tax Credit
For example, if a family has two children under 5 years old, they might get $6,400 back from the government. If a family has two children between 6 and 16 years old, they might get $4,800 back. This law will help families save money and use it for things that are important to them, like food, housing, and education.
