According to bizjournals, Homeport, a non-profit organization, is helping people in Central Ohio find affordable places to live. The Ohio Housing Finance Agency has given Homeport money to help build two new projects. The projects will add new homes and fix old ones.

The first project is called Hamilton Place. It will add 60 new homes on North Hamilton Road. Some of these homes will be special for people with physical disabilities. Others will be for people who make less than $70,000 a year. The homes will have nice things like a manager, a community room, and a playground.
