Challenges Persist Despite Proposed Tax Credits
The Biden administration also talked about new tax credits for people buying their first home or selling their current one. While these tax breaks might sound good experts say they won’t solve the problem of not having enough homes available. Wisconsin is facing a shortage of houses which is making prices go up. Even though there are a few more homes for sale lately there are still not enough for everyone who wants to buy one. This shortage has made it hard for many people to find affordable places to live.
