Concerns for Small Towns
But not everyone on board with the plan. Some like Jeff Surenian a lawyer who knows about land and zoning laws worry that the new law might make things worse. They say adding lots of new residents especially in small towns could put too much pressure on things like roads and water systems. Even though folks are talking about it there still no final decision on the law. So the future of affordable housing in New Jersey is still up in the air.
