Help For The Rent Rebate Application

The State Department of Revenue is offering in-person help with filing state property tax or rent rebate applications and state income taxes on five dates in March.

Residents with household incomes of $45,000 or less, who are at least 65 years old, or 18 years old with disabilities, can apply for the rent rebate application and rent and property tax relief.

Widows and widowers 50 and older are also eligible to apply for the rent rebate application. Those seeking state income tax help and for the rent rebate application should bring tax information, income statements, photo identification, and Social Security cards for themselves and their dependents.
