$25,000 in Direct Payments Will Be Sent to Eligible Americans

There are a lot of settlement payments that are going around across the country today, but the Paysafe data breach settlement is one of the biggest claims. Eligible and those who were affected by the data breach will receive an amount of up to $25,000.

In a published article in The U.S. Sun, Paysafe, a payment solution company, was accused of not being able to block the data breach that affected the Social Security Numbers, bank account data, and other important information of consumers.

How to Claim the Direct Payment?

According to an article published in MEDIUM, those who were affected by the data breach should have been notified directly by Paysafe in the form of a letter. They need to file the claim by November 27, 2023 to receive an amount of up to $25,000.

Furthermore, Paysafe did not accept any wrongdoing but agreed to the settlement. Aside from the direct payments, they will also receive fraud damages, identity theft expenses, bank fees, up to 10 hours of lost time compensated at a rate of $25 per hour, and other expenses.
