According to True Crime News, in Troy, Vermont a tragic and unsettling case has unfolded with the discovery of 29-year-old Kayla Wright’s body found in toolbox in the Missisquoi River five months after she was reported missing. Aaron Camp 34 now faces charges including unauthorized burial or removal of a body and accessory after the fact to murder while Terron “Josh” Pendleton also 34 has been charged with accessory after the fact to murder. These arrests follow the issuance of a first-degree murder warrant for Jakiy Tramaine Corey Keith 24 who was already in custody on federal drug charges.

The investigation by Vermont State Police began after human remains were located in a container in the river on February 6 ultimately identified as Kayla Wright. The medical examiner determined that Wright had died from multiple gunshot wounds to the head. Authorities allege that on February 2 Jakiy Keith shot and killed Wright during a dispute linked to drug trafficking in northern Vermont. Aaron Camp and Terron Pendleton are accused of aiding Keith by cleaning the crime scene and helping transport Wright’s body to the river, deepening the gravity of their charges.
