California Crime Spree: Thieves Used Stolen Cars to Break into Gun Shops
According to Courthousenews, a group of six young men did some very bad things. They stole a lot of guns from nine different stores in Southern California. They would drive stolen cars into the stores at night, wearing masks to hide their faces. They took a total of over 200 guns.
Gun Grab Ring Exposed: How the Heist Went Down
The first time they stole guns was at a store called Chaparral Coin and Gun in Murrieta. They used a stolen car to break into the store and took 43 guns. One of the boys was caught soon after with three of the stolen guns and clothes that matched what he wore on camera. The police found all sorts of stolen guns at his home. After stealing all those guns, the police finally caught most of the boys and found even more stolen guns at their homes. Now, the six boys are in trouble with the law and could go to jail for up to ten years if they are found guilty.
