According to Fox4News, Irving, Texas – A man named Keevis Holland was arrested for recording women at a Walmart store in Irving. He was caught by a police officer who was working off-duty at the store.

Man Has Trouble with the Law Before

Holland did something bad to women at a Walmart store in Dallas six years ago. He was sent to jail for a year. Now, he’s in trouble again for doing something similar at another Walmart store. He’s being held in jail and his bond is set at $50,000.
