Three Arrested in Sunnyvale for Fatal Shooting of 19-Year-Old

According to The Mercury News, the homicide investigation of a 19-year-old Alexandro Cuevas Cruz who was shot and killed in Sunnyvale, California last April has seen notable advancements from the authorities. It is now three arrests due to the two additional boys who were recently taken into custody in relation to the event. Sunnyvale Department of Public Safety released a statement about the arrests on Thursday. With the aid of investigators and the SWAT squad one of the youngsters was captured in San Jose earlier this week. When the other boy was taken into custody on Thursday he was already housed at the Santa Clara County Juvenile Hall for a separate offense. In the 100 block of South Bernardo Avenue the fatal gunshot happened on April 30 just after midnight.
