According to NBC Bay Area Anaheim police caught a man named Michael Sanders who kicked a small dog. They saw him doing abused dog on a camera near Brookhurst Street and the 5 Freeway on April 7. People were upset when they watched the video because it showed him carrying the dog and then hurting it.
