Homicide Charge To A Minor

According to a published article by True Crime Daily, a 13-year-old girl has been charged with a homicide charge for allegedly killing her mother with a knife.

The incident that resulted in a homicide charge took place at their home where the girl’s mother was found dead with stab wounds to her neck and back.

The girl who is now facing a homicide charge also allegedly stabbed her 11-year-old brother, who survived with non-life-threatening injuries. The girl admitted to the crime and apologized, stating that she killed her mother during a dispute.

She faces a homicide charge, aggravated assault, and tampering with evidence. Authorities are still investigating the motive behind the tragic incident that led to a homicide charge, trying to piece together what led the young girl to commit such a heinous act.
