23 Year Old Darrius Howard Charged in Baton Rouge Leaving 3 Injured and Facing Severe Charges

According to the report of THE ADVOCATE, The extradition of Darrius Howard 23 to Baton Rouge is a big step in figuring out what happened to Destiny Buckley who died last month. Howard was caught by U.S. Marshals on March 6 in Oklahoma City. Now he been put in the East Baton Rouge Parish Prison and the authorities are getting ready to deal with him legally.

Destiny Buckley died on February 28 in Baton Rouge and two other women got hurt in the shooting. Howard is in trouble because he accused of really serious stuff first-degree murder trying to murder two people and using a weapon illegally. The community is really upset by what happened and they hoping that the legal process will bring closure and justice for Destiny and her family. The police in Baton Rouge are still working hard to understand what led to the shooting. Howard being sent back to Baton Rouge shows that different police groups are working together to make sure people who do bad things get punished. Its a tough time for the community but they are staying strong and hoping that justice will be served in the end.
