Alleged Assault Case Involving Nicki Minaj and Husband

In a recent court ruling, Nicki Minaj and her husband, Kenneth Petty, have been ordered to pay $500,000 to security guard Thomas Weidenmuller following an altercation at a 2019 concert in Frankfurt, Germany. According to NME, Weidenmuller claims Petty broke his jaw while defending a female colleague embroiled in a dispute with Minaj.

According to court documents, the incident began when a fan climbed onstage during Minaj’s performance, leading the rapper to blame a security guard for the breach. Weidenmuller intervened, asserting that publicly tarnishing the guard’s reputation was unfair. Allegedly, Minaj responded by throwing a shoe at him before Petty assaulted him from behind, resulting in a broken jaw and multiple surgeries for Weidenmuller.
