Brooks Houck is accused of murder and tampering with evidence, while Joseph and Steven Lawson are accused of conspiring to commit murder and tampering with evidence.
The hearing will discuss several motions, including a change of venue, charges dismissal, disclosure of expert witnesses, and combining the trials.
Special Prosecutor Shane Young has requested that the trials be combined into one, but Houck’s attorney opposes this. The hearing will begin at 1 p.m. on March 21.
