Appeals Planned in Case of Boy with CHARGE Syndrome Drowned by Hunter Locke Hughes
Lawyers say Locke Hughes actions caused Adams to drown as shown by bruises on his body. Even though Locke Hughes says he tried to keep Adams head above water evidence says otherwise. People want justice for Adams and his family and lawyers promise to appeal the sentences to make sure Locke Hughes is held responsible.
